This contemporary 3 bed cottage provides privacy, a private swimming pool and sun deck, and all the modern touches you need. A short walk from the Sea Point promenade, restaurants, shops and cafes.
The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for six and a TV lounge with a plenty of seating. Doors open onto a balcony with views of the pool and sun patio. There is a patio deck with outdoor dining accessed with foldaway doors off of the main dining area.
The pool entertainment area is a wonderful private wind free area with gas braai, and sun-loungers.
Each of the bedrooms boasts a high-quality hotel grade bed, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool area and is accessed from outside the house and down a flight of stairs.
